BPN Accelerates Land Certificate Service

Jakarta - As part of improving public services, the National Land Agency (BPN) does not want to be left behind. Labeled as an institution that was previously complicated by bureaucracy and prone to fraud, the Head of BPN Hendarman Supandji said that now the agency was different. They carry services that are claimed to be fast, cheap, simple, certain and anti-KKN (corruption, collusion, nepotism).
In a press conference at the vice president's office (vice-president) Hendarman said the facilities prepared include accelerating the checking of land certificates, which were previously a minimum of three days, currently can be done within one working day. Then, the land sale and purchase certificate service was a minimum of seven working days, currently only five days.
"The National Land Agency (BPN) has declared that fast work is checking land certificates now one day," said Hendarman Supandji at the vice president's office, Jakarta, Monday afternoon (10/2).
As for the maintenance of roya or the elimination of said mortgage, it only takes five days, whereas previously it took at least seven working days. To increase building rights to ownership also requires five days, two days faster than before.
The BPN service now said Hendarman also does not have to be done directly but can be via electronic message to 2409 or check the institution's official website www.bpn.go.id.
"Since February 15, all providers (telephone) can be used, BPN services do not need to come to the office only to enter the file and check sms (short message service)," said the former attorney general again.
