BASIS POINT MEASUREMENT AND MAPPING TECHNIQUE (BAG III)

Monumentasi a basic point of physical construction installation techniques in accordance with Article 5 and Annex 1. The order of 2.3 basis point technique was made with concrete construction and technical base point 4th order made in accordance with the conditions in the field by taking into account the soil conditions at the installation location, availability of materials and ease to bring to the location and physical security in the field.

In sporadic land registration as outlined in article 79 point e, the applicant is required to install measuring technical base point 4th order with a note that the two basic points of technique can be used as direct ties measurement of land applied for. Moreover, considering the function of the basic point of this technique is also used as the basis of the binding plots of land on a single sheet map of registration (article 29 paragraph 3), the location of the two basic points of technique is expected to reach all the areas of land located on the sheet. If this is not possible to do the installation of the basic point 4th order technique is still being done and the binding plots of land made from the basic point of refinement techniques.
Installation of the basic point technique is based on the planning map that had been repaired at the time of the preliminary survey carried out. Thus, continuity of work between the implementing preliminary survey with the installation can run well and executing the installation does not need to wait until the preliminary survey personnel complete the task as a whole. Installation of the monument is done by pull out wooden stakes in the field and replace it with the physical construction has been established with technical base point number in accordance with the planning maps.
